Our prices for key fobs move like the stock market, rising and falling with supply and demand. The key fob's condition can also vary the price. For an accurate summary of pricing, request a quote for your remotes.
There are no minimums.
Once we receive the key fobs, it usually takes 5-10 business days for us to process the key fobs and send payment. You will receive an itemized list of the key fobs you sent in along with the check so you know what we paid for your key fobs.

Yes! Shipments with 10 or more key fobs qualify for shipping reimbursement. Value of reimbursement is determined by the number of key fobs sent and box size, maximum reimbursement of $25 per shipment. Request your shipping label & reimbursement voucher here, or give us a call at 402-260-5889.

If you are located in Canada, you do NOT need to fill out our shipping reimbursement form. Simply mail us your key fobs, and we will reimburse you $19.95 USD on qualifying shipments. The reimbursement will be added to your payment.
For example, if you send in a shipment of key fobs worth $100 USD, you will receive a check for $119.95 USD. You will find the line item for your reimbursement on your invoice.
We Buy Key Fobs Rewards is a program for repeat customers. Upon completing a transaction with We Buy Key Fobs, customers may receive a coupon worth 5% of the corresponding transaction. Absolutely! Simply fill out this form and select the “Quote for your Key Fobs” option. We will process your quote request within 1 business day.
Use a box that’s appropriately sized for the number of key fobs being sent, and be sure to include tracking information. To prevent damage, place your key fobs in a sealed plastic bag before boxing them. Avoid putting more than 200 keys in a single package.
If you need to ship your fobs in more than one box, request a new shipping label for each additional package. If the key fobs still contain batteries, check your carrier’s regulations for shipping items with batteries to ensure compliance.
We buy about 95% of the key fobs out there, although there are a few key fobs we are currently not accepting. Condition and demand also play a factor, if the condition is poor enough and/or the market demand is low enough, we may choose to not purchase a key fob.
Before we process, our sorting team removes all valet keys, key blades, tags, key chains, etc., and recycles what can be recycled. Doing this early on allows us to save time processing key fobs, which in turn gets you paid faster.
We do one of two things with the remotes we don't purchase.
This is not a problem. However, the more damaged the remote, the less it may be worth. Scratches, dents, cracks, and other damage may decrease the value of a key fob. If the condition is poor enough, we may choose to not purchase a key fob.
