Joining the Program

All We Buy Key Fobs customers qualify for the Frequent Seller Program.

Collecting Stamps

To qualify for the Frequent Seller Bonus, a customer/business must collect 3 unique stamps. You can find your stamps near the end of your invoice. Lost stamps cannot be replaced. Please keep copies of your stamps in a secure location.

Each month has a unique stamp that can only be claimed and redeemed once. Stamp months are determined by the Date Processed. This is NOT the same as the Date Received or the Postmark Date. Date Processed is the date an order enters our system. On average, it takes 3 days for an order to be processed upon receiving it. Please account for this when attempting to collect stamps.

To collect stamps, send in qualifying shipments.

Qualifying Shipments

Qualifying shipments must contain 50 or more Purchased Key Fobs in a single shipment.

Purchased Key Fobs is NOT the same as total Received Key Fobs. We Buy Key Fobs purchases key fobs based on condition status, market value/demand, and stocking needs. We Buy Key Fobs reserves the right to refuse key fob purchasing for any reason. Please account for this when attempting to collect stamps.

If multiple qualifying shipments are received within one month, only one stamp will be earned.

Redeeming Frequent Seller Bonus

Customers qualifying for the Frequent Seller Program can earn a $150 bonus by collecting 3 unique stamps in consecutive calendar months. To collect your bonus, include 3 unique, consecutive calendar month stamps in your next shipment of 10 or more key fobs.

3 stamps of non-consecutive calendar months do not meet the conditions for the $150 bonus. For example, if you have stamps for January 2023, February 2023, and March 2023, this set will qualify for the selling bonus. If you have stamps for January 2023, February 2023, and April 2023, this set will NOT qualify for the selling bonus.

Stamps can only be redeemed once by the individual and/or business to which it is assigned. For example, if you have stamps for January 2023, February 2023, March 2023, and April 2023, and you redeem your January, February, and March stamps, you cannot use February, March, and April to collect another bonus right away. You will instead start the streak over again at April 2023. Be mindful of the stamps you choose to redeem. Using the same four stamps in the previous example, if you choose to redeem February, March, and April instead of January, February, March, you will have to start your streak at 0 instead of 1.

This bonus can be used alongside other bonuses and promos, such as Rewards Coupons, Bonus Coupons, etc.

Stamp Expirations

Stamps expire 4 months after the Issued Month. For example, a stamp labeled as January 2023 is issued in January 2023, and will expire on June 1, 2023. Please account for this when attempting to redeem stamps.

Redeeming Stamps That Do Not Meet Bonus Qualifying Criteria

Attempts to redeem stamps that do not meet the Frequent Seller Bonus criteria will not be accepted. Non-qualifying stamps will not be returned. Please keep copies of all your stamps to avoid losing them.
